As per the byelaws of the Society S.No. 14, Rule 6n, the following officers of the Executive
Committee of the Society must be elected every three years. Due to the Pandemic, the election was
deferred in 2021. As per the unanimous decision of the executive committee (circulation dated 6th
July 2022 through email), nominations are invited from Active Life members of the Society.

The 38th Annual Meeting of the Society
The 38th Annual Meeting of the Society was held at the University of Mysuru along with the National Conference on Reproduction and Endocrinology DURING 28th to 30th December 2021. There were 29 invited lectures,16 oral presentations (offline), 41 online presentations and 27 poster presentations.Three Gold medal orations of the Society instituted in the name of Prof. Pera Govindarajulu, Prof. B. Kaliwal Gold and Prof. M.A. Akbarsha & Prof. M. Michael Aruldhas were delivered during the conference by the awardees. The meetings of the Executive committee and the General body of the Society were held on 28thand 29th December 2021, respectively. During the General Body meeting FRE and MRE were conferred on the awardees. The three days meeting was well organized, and the Scientific programme went on very well with good quality presentations and good interaction. The hospitality including sumptuous food, comfortable accommodation and transport arrangements were appreciated by all. The organizing Secretary Dr. S. Malini, Dr. T. Shivanandappa and the entire team of the organizing committee and the student volunteers are appreciated for their wholeheartedinvolvement, hardwork, wonderful planning, and excellent execution received a standing ovation during the valedictory function. Prof. G.Hemanth Kumar, Vice Chancellor who inaugurated the conference and hosted a special dinner to the delegates needs special mention for his sustained support in organizing the meeting successfully during the time of Covid-19 pandemic situation.The administrative support extended by the Registrar Prof. R. Shivappa, who delivered the valedictory addressis also appreciated.
